FIELD: rubber products.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining modified polydiene includes preparation of a catalytic complex and polymerization of a conjugated diene in an organic solvent in the presence of the catalytic complex. The catalytic complex includes a lanthanide compound, a conjugated diene, an organoaluminium compound, and a halogen-containing component. In the process of polymerization, upon reaching at least 96% of monomer conversion, a modifying agent is introduced – low molecular weight polybutadiene containing terminal alkoxysilane groups. Then, the obtained polymerizate is stopped, an antioxidant is introduced, and the polymer is extracted. Variants of the modified polydiene and a rubber compound are also proposed.
EFFECT: improved processability of the modified diene, distribution of the filler in it, and also improved abrasion resistance of products obtained from the modified diene.
