FIELD: synthetic rubbers.

SUBSTANCE: production of synthetic rubbers used in the manufacture of tires and tire parts, golf balls, and industrial rubber products, characterized by production of a modified polydiene by polymerization of conjugated diene in an organic solvent using a modified catalytic complex, including a lanthanide, an organoaluminium compound, a halogen-containing component, and maleinized low molecular weight polybutadiene, followed by post-polymerization modification with at least one oligomeric silicate. A modified polydiene for rubber compounds is proposed, containing at least one maleic group at the beginning of the polymer chain and a SiOR group at the end of the polymer chain, where R is a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon residue with 1-30 carbon atoms, a cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon residue with 5-30 carbon atoms or an aromatic hydrocarbon residue with 6-30 carbon atoms, and characterized by a Mooney viscosity of 37 to 45 Mooney c.u. before modification and from 40 to 66 Mooney c.u. after modification, polydispersity index in the range from 2.16 to 2.6, cold flow in the range from 5 to 40 mm/h, plasticity in the range from 0.4 to 0.6, elastic recovery in the range from 1.1 to 1.8 mm. A method for obtaining this polydiene and rubber mixtures obtained on the basis of the proposed polydiene.

EFFECT: obtaining a modified (branched and functionalized) stereospecific polydiene, characterized by narrow molecular weight distribution and low cold flow, as well as obtaining rubber compounds, characterized by uniform distribution of the filler, with improved manufacturability and tear resistance.
