SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a composition for modifying 1,4-cis-polydienes. Described is a method of producing a composition for modifying 1,4-cis-polydienes by reacting at least one compound selected from a group of amines and at least one compound selected from a group of quinoline esters. Described also is compositions for modifying 1,4-cis-polydienes prepared by said method; described is a method of producing modified 1,4-cis-polydienes, comprising adding to the polymer a modified composition obtained using said method; described is a modified polydiene obtained using said method; as well as described is a rubber mixture used for production of tires and industrial rubber articles, obtained based on said modified 1,4-cis-polydiene.

EFFECT: obtaining modified 1,4-cis-polydiene, having improved processability at the step of mixing rubber (low Mooney viscosity of the rubber mixture, good distribution of filler), obtaining rubber, having high wear resistance, physical and mechanical properties, as well as improved elastic hysteresis properties (rolling resistance, adhesion with wet road).
