FIELD: firefighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to primary fire extinguishing means, in particular to autonomous local fire extinguishing means. The fire extinguishing composite material consists of a microencapsulated fire extinguishing agent, a fire retardant and a polymer binder. The ratio of the components of the combined composition is as follows, wt.%: microencapsulated perfluoro(2-methyl-3-pentanone) - 30-50, microencapsulated water - 20-30, fire retardant - 1-5, polymer composition containing thermoset and hardener-catalyst - the rest. Response temperature, i.e. the beginning of the release of fire extinguishing agents from the material is not less than 130°C.
EFFECT: effective fire suppression and heat removal.
