SUBSTANCE: fire-extinguishing cord is described, which comprises a room temperature curable composition comprising a low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane SKTN rubber as a binder, a cold curing catalyst for siloxane rubber, an ammonium perchlorate oxidizer, dry particulate microcapsules with a core of an extinguishing agent encapsulated in a polymer shell, and combustion catalyst ferrocene is used in the following ratio of the components of the composition, pts wt: low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane rubber SKTN - 17, ammonium perchlorate - 18, microcapsules with extinguishing agent - 65, hardener ethylsilicate-32 - 0.1-1, cold curing catalyst for siloxane rubber - dibutyltinoladaurinate - 0.05-0.5, ferrocene combustion catalyst - 0,05-2. Methods of the cord manufacture are also described.
EFFECT: manufacture of a cord having high reliability in operation, which contains an extinguishing composite material having a high fire-fighting efficiency.
