FIELD: fire extinguishing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to autonomous local fire extinguishing means. Fire-extinguishing polymer composite material contains micro-capsulated fire extinguishing agent in an amount from 52 to 90 wt. %, flame retardant composition to prevent combustion in an amount of 1-5 wt. %, a surfactant in an amount of 1-4 wt. %, hot-curing polymer binder containing reactoplast and hardener is the rest. As fire extinguishing agent, fluor-ketones and/or fluor-esters and/or fluor-iodine hydrocarbons or mixtures thereof are used. The emission of fire extinguishing agent from the volume of material is provided in a narrow time and temperature range. The emission time of 95 % of fire extinguishing agent is 20 seconds in a temperature range of no more than 5°C. The loss of fire extinguishing agent before the start of the active stage of emission at a temperature of 100°C does not exceed 0.5 %.
