FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing germanium concentrate from carbon-containing raw materials, which is used as germanium-containing coal or lignite. Obtaining germanium concentrate from fossil coals includes heat treatment of coal in a molten slag furnace with its supply to liquid slag melt at a temperature of 1200-1300°C air supply, obtaining fly ash and synthesis gas with their separation in a fabric filter into germanium concentrate and synthesis gas. The burning rate is maintained by controlling the flow rate of air enriched with oxygen by 30-40%, supplied to the liquid slag from the side.
EFFECT: simplification of the process with an increase in the extraction of germanium into the concentrate, as well as an increase in the calorific value of the synthesis gas.
