FIELD: photodetectors.
SUBSTANCE: optical measurements and verification of photodetectors. Unit for testing photodetectors comprises a radiation device, a recording device and is configured to install a photodetector device, in which the radiation device includes at least two radiation sources having different wavelengths of the radiation peaks, and an optical element is installed in front of each of the radiation sources; in addition, the unit is supplemented with a focusing element located behind the radiation device, behind which, in turn, there are a modelling element and a photodetector in an opaque casing, transmitting signals to the recording device, the radiation device is designed so that the radiation comes from each of the radiation sources sequentially through optical element, focusing element, modulating element to the photodetector.
EFFECT: simplification of the unit design for testing photodetectors, reduction in the time of measurements, increase in the number of measured characteristics.
