SUBSTANCE: ECG study is performed, and the cardiac electrical quality index is determined by the formula: D=(aR/aT):(QT/QRS), where D is the cardiac electrical quality index, aR and aT are the amplitude of R and T, respectively, QT is QT interval, QRS is QRS interval. With a value of D<0.55, a high risk of life-harmful heart rate disorders development in children and adolescents is predicted, with a value of 0.55≤D<0.80, a moderate risk, and with D≥0.80, a low risk of life-harmful heart rate disorders development in children and adolescents is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows to predict the risk of life-harmful heart rate disorders development in children and adolescents, which will allow to develop the necessary tactics for dynamic observation of patients, and tactics for timely and adequate therapy.
