where R₁ represents (i) a phenyl group or a phenylalkyl group, each of which optionally has from 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group consisting of a C_1-6-alkoxy group, a hydroxy group, a halogen atom, a C_1-6 haloalkyl group, C_1-6-alkyl group, sulfamide group and C_1-6-haloalkoxy group, (ii) naphthyl group or naphthylalkyl group, (iii) heterocyclic group, heterocyclalkyl group or heterocyclaminoalkyl group, (iv) alkyl group with 1-16 carbon atoms, or (v) a cycloalkyl group or a cycloalkylalkyl group, R₁’ represents a hydrogen atom which is bonded to the nitrogen atom at position 1 or 3 of the dihydrotriazine ring, R₂ and R₃ independently of each other represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R₄ represents an alkyl group of 7 to 16 carbon atoms, and the dotted line indicates that the double bond position may be either between positions 1 and 2 or between positions 2 and 3 of the dihydrotriazine ring, or a tautomer thereof, or a salt thereof.
