FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: aqueous composition in the form of an aqueous solution or hydrogel for the prevention or treatment of infections and/or infectious diseases of the mucous membrane and/or wounds contains a dihydrotriazine derivative, its tautomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, formula:
, R1 — (i) phenyl or phenylalkyl group, optionally has 1–3 substituents selected from halogen, C1-6-alkoxy, hydroxy, C1-6-haloalkyl, C1-6-alkyl, sulfamide and C1-6-haloalkoxy groups, (ii) a naphthyl or naphthylalkyl group, (iii) a heterocyclic, heterocyclalkyl or heterocyclaminoalkyl group, (iv) an alkyl group with 1–16 carbon atoms, (v) a cycloalkyl or cycloalkylalkyl group; R1' is a hydrogen atom that is bonded to the nitrogen atom in position 1 or 3 of the dihydrotriazine ring, R2 and R3 are independently a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R4 is an alkyl group with 7–16 carbon atoms, the dotted line shows that the position of the double bond may be between positions 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 of the dihydrotriazine ring, and zwitterionic or a combination of nonionic and zwitterionic surfactants.
EFFECT: invention provides effectiveness in terms of bactericidal activity.
