FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to rheumatology, traumatology, surgery, ultrasonic diagnostics, and can be used for evaluation of efficiency of treatment of degenerative lesions and hernias of intervertebral discs. Adipose tissue is sampled, followed by centrifugation of the obtained biomaterial, further introduction of conditioned autoplasma and stem cells of the stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue into the area of the intervertebral hernia under ultrasound observation. Physiotherapy is carried out with phonophoresis with hydrocortisone and intravenous introduction of angioprotectors in the area of intervertebral discs. Before and after treatment, pulse and non-pulse local optical density is measured. If the pulse optical density increases by more than 3.47 mm and the non-pulse optical density decreases by more than 1.73 mm, the treatment is effective.
EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency of treatment of intervertebral hernias by surgical and conservative methods.
