SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of lifting the soft tissues of the face. Flexible reinforcing threads with multidirectional notches and flexible cannulas with a side hole are used. Two to eight vectors are made. The cannula is introduced into the projection of the zygomatic bone subdermally at a distance of 1/3 of the length on the line from the outer edge of the eye to the tragus in the direction of soft tissue ptosis along one of eight vectors. The threads are passed in a zigzag manner, unfolded and fixed. The 3rd vector is made only when the 1st and 2nd vectors are completed, the 7th vector is made only when the 5th and 6th vectors are completed, and the 8th vector is made only when the 6th and 4th vectors are completed.
EFFECT: method provides effective lifting and reinforcement of the soft tissues of the face while reducing the rehabilitation period.
