FIELD: medicine; cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: used for lifting the soft tissues of the face. Needles with threads are inserted into soft tissues to form a triangle by successive injections and punctures of threads at three points. The thread is injected into the region of the upper part of the mastoid process on the right and bred at an angle 85-95°. The first arm of the thread passes in a clockwise direction under the auricle through the earlobe area with access to the skin surface at the level of the external auditory canal with an indentation of 5-6 mm from the tragus, then a reverse injection is performed, the thread is turned and is lowered along the outer arc until it crosses with the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the needle is brought to the surface, then a reverse injection is performed, after which the thread is unfolded and drawn in a straight line towards the point of primary fixation and brought to the surface 2-5 mm from the point of primary fixation, then a reverse injection is performed, the thread is unfolded and passed submentally in the projection of the labio-chin fold along the upper edge of the lower jaw, then the thread is removed, cut, pulled and fixed, which forms the first triangle, then the second triangle is made 20 mm wider and closer to the ear.

EFFECT: increasing the duration of the effect, reducing pain loads, increasing the covered surface area and obtaining a more pronounced result due to more reliable fixation of the threads, an increase in the area of coverage of ptotic tissues, and a lower load on the fixation point.
