FIELD: medicine; plastic surgery.

SUBSTANCE: incision is made along the postoperative scar and the anterior layer of the endoprosthesis capsule is opened. The endoprosthesis is removed, a new precapsular pocket is formed, for which the anterior layer of the capsule is mobilized within the new pocket, and in the medial direction the border of mobilization corresponds to the location of the required position of the interthoracic groove, the lower border is located in the area of the inframammary fold, the upper border of mobilization of the anterior layer of the capsule corresponds to the height of the selected replacement endoprosthesis, the lateral border of mobilization corresponds to the width of the selected replacement endoprosthesis. The replacement endoprosthesis is installed on top of the mobilized anterior layer of the capsule, which becomes the posterior wall of the newly formed pocket, the boundaries of which are the areas of fusion of the anterior layer of the capsule of the endoprosthesis with the integumentary soft tissues of the breast.

EFFECT: method allows to reliably limit the boundaries of the new precapsular pocket of the endoprosthesis with restoration of the natural position of the mammary gland spot on the chest wall.
