FIELD: anti-adhesive coatings.
SUBSTANCE: anti-adhesive coatings intended for application to articles and, in particular, to household items such as cookware or appliances. A transparent finish layer of an anti-adhesive coating is described, where the specified finish layer contains at least one thermostable resin selected from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), copolymers of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoromethyl vinyl ether, copolymers of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoropropyl vinyl ether, copolymers of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene and mixtures thereof, and fillers, d50 of which is at least 1.4 times and not more than 3 times the average thickness of the specified finish layer, and where the fillers are metal oxides. A cooking product is also described, containing a base with an anti-adhesive coating, including this finish layer, and an appliance, which is a household appliance or an electric cooking appliance, containing a base with an anti-adhesive coating, having this finish layer.
EFFECT: creation of a coating with increased resistance to mechanical stress without changing the anti-adhesive properties and visual properties of such coatings.
