FIELD: construction; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used for making articles from concrete in both civil and industrial construction. Concrete with elements of artificial intelligence is obtained from a mixture containing, wt. %: Portland cement 18–30, sand 30–40, gravel 30–40, polycarboxylate 0.18–0.23, titanium dioxide 0.3–0.5, oxyacid salt 0.9–1.0, alkali metal silicate 1.0–5.0, alkali metal acidic carbonate 1.0–5.0, water is the rest, nanomodifying additive consisting of SiO2 nanoparticles - sol 0.1–0.9, Fe2O3 nanoparticles - iron oxide sol 0.02–0.2, Al2O3 nanoparticles - aluminium oxide sol 0.1–0.3, nanoparticles of CaCl2 - sol 3.6–4.0, nanocarbon soot 4.0–5.0. Inside the concrete there is an intelligent device which is a piezoceramic transducer in the form of a pad with a waterproof insulating coating, which is made with the possibility of controlling the strength gain of the concrete and monitoring its condition.
EFFECT: obtaining concrete with high strength and low water absorption from the photocatalytic composition of the mixture, enabling control of the strength of the concrete and monitoring its condition for detecting and assessing cracks and damages.
