FIELD: information security.
SUBSTANCE: invention is proposed to provide the possibility of detecting a false switching means and controlling only one means of communication due to the semantic analysis of the received signal. To do this, if the switching and control means refers to cellular communication, then additionally the communication means receives from the serving switching and control means the value of its attractiveness indicator and the number of neighbouring switching and control means, compares the obtained value of the attractiveness index of the servicing switching and control means of cellular communication with the value by a given operator, they decide that this switching and control facility belongs to an attacker if at least one of the additional conditions is met: the obtained value of the attractiveness index of the serving cellular switching and control facility is greater than the value specified by the operator or there are no neighbouring switching and control facilities.
EFFECT: possibility of detecting a false switching means and controlling only one means of communication due to the semantic analysis of the received signal.
