FIELD: coatings.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a coating on the inner surface of a hollow part using an electrical explosion of a conductor. Ultrasonic treatment of the inner surface of the hollow part is carried out with a waveguide tip through an abrasive suspension at an oscillation frequency of 25-26 kHz, an oscillation amplitude of 20-60 mcm and a linear speed of movement of the waveguide tip of 0.5⋅10-3-1⋅10-3 m/min, followed by degreasing and etching of the processed surface of the hollow part. An electric explosion of the conductor is carried out with the products of the electric explosion of the conductor being applied in the form of a layer of the resulting coating on the inner surface of the hollow part. Subsequent ultrasonic treatment is carried out with a strengthening element in the form of a waveguide tip, which deforms the surface of the mentioned applied layer at a clamping force of 600-800 N, an oscillation frequency of 25-26 kHz, an oscillation amplitude of 10-20 mcm and a linear movement speed of 0.5⋅10-3-1⋅10-3 m/min.

EFFECT: increased adhesion strength between the coating and the inner surface of the hollow part.
