FIELD: oil loading equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for loading and heating viscous oil products in a railway tank car is installed on a trestle column located along the railway tracks and consists of bracket (2), swivel mechanism (4), a connecting flange for connection with the tank neck, inlet and outlet flexible hoses. On bracket (5) connected to pivot mechanism (4) by axes, groove-like holes are made vertically sized according to lowering of the tank under the weight when fully loaded with oil products with the possibility of attaching a telescopic pipe to it for heating frozen oil products with live steam or pipes for pouring oil products into the oil tanker. When heating frozen petroleum products with live steam, the telescopic pipe is connected to a winch mechanism for lowering and raising it from the tank, mounted on a housing connected to a bracket with slotted holes.

EFFECT: reduced tank heating time, reduced consumption of live steam and increased reliability of the air-tight connection between the flange of the device and the neck of the tank.
