FIELD: surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the surgical treatment of soft tissue wounds. The soft tissue wound defect is treated using a device for hydropressive treatment “УГОР-1” with a high-pressure microdispersed flow of water enriched with molecular hydrogen. The hydrogen concentration in the solution is 0.75 ppm, the outlet pressure is 7 atm. Treatment is performed from a distance of 20 cm from the nozzle system to the surface of the wound for three seconds at an angle of 45° in relation to the surface of the wound defect, then for three seconds at an angle of 90°.
EFFECT: method provides increased effectiveness of treatment of soft tissue wounds by accelerating the cleaning of the wound defect from necrotic elements, eliminating inflammatory processes, reducing the time of epithelization and scar formation.
