METHOD OF THREE-STAGE DISPERSED HYDROPRESSIVE DEBRIDEMENT Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G01N33/50 A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2804996 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of local treatment of wounds, and is intended for sanitation of superficial and deep wounds with a large area of the wound surface. The method is performed in three stages using a modified UGOR-01M device. The first stage is cleaning the surface of the wound with a jet of 0.9% NaCl solution under a pressure of 7 atm at an angle of 90° to the surface of the wound, at a distance of 5 cm from the nozzle of the device to the wound, the duration of treatment is 2 seconds per 1 cm2 of the area of the wound surface. The second stage is cleaning the surface of the wound with a jet of 0.5% chlorhexidine solution under a pressure of 7 atm at an angle of 45°, at a distance of 2 cm from the nozzle of the device to the wound, the duration of treatment is 2 seconds per 1 cm2 of the area of the wound surface. The third stage is the treatment of the wound surface of the center of the wound to the periphery with a jet of 0.9% NaCl solution under a pressure of 5 atm at a distance of 8 cm from the nozzle of the device to the wound, at an angle of 30° up to 60° to the plane of the wound, the duration of treatment is 5 seconds per 1 cm2 of the surface of the wound.

EFFECT: method is easy to perform, does not require any expensive equipment and medicines, provides high-quality sanitation of superficial and deep wounds with a large area of the wound surface, removal of large foreign bodies and necrotic tissues, has a pronounced antiseptic effect in combination with stimulation of regional blood circulation, reduces the time of regeneration of soft tissues.
