FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: versatile set of building elements for individual residential construction, including small-sized building blocks used for construction of wall structures of the building, window and door floor blocks. All small-sized building blocks included in the kit are made of two layers of reinforced concrete and a layer of insulation placed between them, and the weight of each block does not exceed 2 tons. The set includes ordinary wall blocks with geometric dimensions allowing to gain the required height of one floor of the building being constructed from a whole number of such blocks, additional wall blocks allowing to build walls from such blocks by laying them “in a staggered manner,” vertical wall blocks to the height of the floor for tying corners of the building under construction, panel blocks with a “quarter” to form window and door openings, while the weight and dimensional characteristics of all building blocks are selected to enable transportation and carrying out loading and unloading operations using freight transport equipped with a crane.
