FIELD: grinding devices.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a housing, the first and the second grinding tools located inside the housing, which are opposed to each other with an axial gap to form a grinding zone. At least the first grinding tools carry out a rotational movement. In this case, the first grinding tools are fixedly mounted on the first tool holder, and the second grinding tools are fixedly mounted on the second tool holder. Moreover, on the contact surface between the first tool holder and the first grinding tools and/or on the contact surface between the second tool holder and the second grinding tools there are channels for passing process gas. The channels each have an inlet opening located radially on the inside, through which process gas enters the channels, and an outlet hole located radially on the outside, through which the process gas exits the channels.
EFFECT: device provides improved cooling of the grinding zone.
