FIELD: vaccines.
SUBSTANCE: design of a device (container) for transporting vaccines using a refrigerant prepared in a special way, related to the field of medicine, pharmaceuticals, etc., or rather, to the field of storage of biological substances, biological products, etc., requiring the creation and maintenance of appropriate temperature regimes during their storage and transportation is protected by a patent of the Russian Federation. In a container (thermal container) for storage and transportation of thermolabile medical preparations, consisting of a bottom, side walls and a lid made of a material with low thermal conductivity, at least one of the listed elements of the container has connecting surfaces that ensure the connection of the container elements with each other, as well as connection with elements of another container, made with the corresponding connecting surfaces. In addition, as materials with low thermal conductivity, it is possible to use expanded polystyrene, polyurethane foam, polypropylene foam or their compositions. In addition, as materials with low thermal conductivity, it is possible to use vacuum heat-insulating panels. In addition, the elements of the container may be selected from materials with low thermal conductivity from 0.01 to 0.9 W/m°C. In this case, the connection of the elements of the container is provided by mating its connecting surfaces, for example, a connection of the “ridge” type (ridge connection). EFFECT: ensuring efficient use of the internal space (working volume) of a container for storing and transporting thermolabile products, ensuring efficient use of the internal space (working volume) of a vehicle or refrigeration equipment for storing and transporting thermolabile products, increasing the time of transporting thermolabile products.
