FIELD: medical thermal containers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing medical thermal containers with a wide range of temperature maintenance inside the thermal container from -40 to +30°C at external temperatures from -50 to +50°C for transportation and storage of medical immunobiological preparations and other biological materials with cooling elements with various fillers. The method for manufacturing a thermal container involves preparing moulds for obtaining thermal insulation elements, mixing in a certain ratio of components to obtain polyurethane foam, feeding (pouring) the resulting mixture into moulds when they are heated to 38-60°C and while maintaining the pressure in the circuits of the pouring machine in the range of 50-200 bar, keeping the thermal insulation elements in the moulds for 8 to 12 minutes and removing them from the moulds. In this case, the mixture consists of two components, the first of which is a mixture of polyethers and polyesters, catalysts and stabilizers, blowing agents and special additives, and the second component is an aromatic polyisocyanate.

EFFECT: proposed method makes it possible to manufacture a thermal container with a wide temperature range.
