FIELD: storage; transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the manufacture of medical containers for storage and transportation of different biological objects, saving their properties, in particular to a method for the manufacture of medical thermal containers with cooling elements with a wide range of saving a temperature inside the thermal container from -40°C to +30°C, at external temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, intended for transportation and storage of medical immunobiological preparations and biological materials. The method consists in the preparation of molds for pouring foam polyurethane consisting of two components: polyol one consisting of polyesters based on ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, glycerin, sucrose, catalysts – primary, secondary, and tertiary amines, stabilizers – polyalkylsiloxanes and polyarylsiloxanes, foamers – water and freon 1416, and isocyanate one consisting of homologues of a row of methylenediphenyldiisocyanates, in the ratio of mixing of components of 100:132-160 weight parts by heating to 38-60°C, pouring foam polyurethane into molds, wherein pressure in contours of a machine for pouring is maintained in the range of 50-200 bar, time of exposure in molds is from 8 to 12 min, and laying of additional elements.

EFFECT: development of a method allowing the production of a thermal container with a wide range of temperature saving, as well as providing reduction in heat conductivity of a product and improvement of shockproof characteristics.
