SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the degree of disturbance of mesenteric circulation. The presence of postprandial abdominal pain syndrome is detected, as well as its severity according to the visual analogue pain scale. The level of low-density lipoproteins, very low-density lipoproteins, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood flow velocity in the superior mesenteric artery, blood flow velocity in the inferior mesenteric artery, macro- and microscopic picture of the colon wall are determined. Next, the data obtained is scored in accordance with the table comprised in the description. With a total of 15-20 points, the presence of a compensated degree of mesenteric blood flow impairment is determined, 21-30 points – a subcompensated degree of mesenteric blood flow impairment is determined, and with a total of 31 points or more, a decompensated degree of mesenteric blood flow impairment is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows for the distribution of patients into groups for the purpose of timely prevention of the occurrence of acute disorders of mesenteric circulation and adequate treatment of ischemic damage to the colon by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
