FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, gastroenterology, and can be used to diagnose chronic mesenteric ischemia syndrome in the celiac trunk and superior mesenteric artery in elderly and senile patients. A survey, physical examination, laboratory and instrumental studies are carried out. The received data is evaluated in points in accordance with the table in the description. Points are summed up. If 0 points, then the absence of chronic mesenteric ischemia syndrome is determined. If 1-30 points, then the syndrome of chronic mesenteric ischemia with an isolated lesion of the mesenteric bed is determined. If 31 points or more, then the presence of chronic mesenteric ischemia syndrome with multifocal lesions of the mesenteric bed is determined.
EFFECT: method provides for the diagnosis of chronic mesenteric ischemia syndrome in the celiac trunk and superior mesenteric artery in elderly and senile patients.
