FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology. Assessment of microcirculation of anterior abdominal wall is carried out on empty stomach and 30 minutes after standard food load. Indices of microcirculation are determined by method of laser Doppler flowmetry. In addition, functional oxyhemoglobin saturation in blood of microcirculatory bed and relative volume of all hemoglobin fractions in tested volume of biotissue are determined by method of optic tissue oxymetry. In order to estimate examined indices, sections of anterior abdominal wall, to which large intestine directly belongs, determined in the course of ultrasound examination, are used.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine insufficiency of blood circulation in mesenteric arteries at early stages of disease development.
