SUBSTANCE: radiofrequency (RF) electrode cartridge for a skin care procedure and a manual unit for a skin care procedure equipped with it. An RF electrode cartridge for a skin care procedure comprises a cartridge body and an RF electrode body contacting the skin to deliver RF energy into the skin, the cartridge body includes: a first body part and a second body part, a spherical hinge part connecting the first body part and the second body part, which allows to freely tilt the first part of the body in all ranges of 360 angular degrees within the radius of the first body part, and a bellows element having one end part connected to the first body part, and the opposite end part connected to the second body part, located so as to surround the ball joint part, and provided with corrugated parts. The hand unit for a skin care procedure comprises an RF electrode cartridge including a body of the radio frequency electrode in contact with the skin and a body of the main body of the hand unit, with which the RF electrode cartridge is detachably connected, and which is configured to be connected with the control main body.
