SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to measurement of skin parameters. A system is proposed, including a device for implementation of a method, as well as a machine-readable carrier. At the same time, the device contains: a case defining an inner cavity and the first hole at an end of the inner cavity, intended for a contact with the skin; a movable part connected to the case by means of an elastic connecting device, wherein the movable part is made with the possibility of movement relatively to the case in such a way that the movable part at least partially remains in the case and is made with the possibility of protrusion from the first hole, when an external force is not applied to the movable part, while the movable part also contains the second hole on a front end section; an optical determination unit for measurement of the first skin parameter, including information about oiliness, texture, pores, and pigmentation, wherein the optical determination unit is located in the inner cavity of the case, and it contains an illumination unit for illumination of the skin surface by light emission through the second hole of the movable part, and an image generation unit for reception of light reflected by the illuminated skin surface; and an electrical determination unit for measurement of the second skin parameter containing information about skin impedance, wherein the electrical determination unit is located on the front end section of the movable part, defining the second hole.
