SUBSTANCE: invention is related to an antibody or its antigen-binding fragment that binds to human nectin-4. A polynucleotide encoding said antibody; a vector and a cell containing said polynucleotide; a kit containing the specified antibody are also disclosed. A method for producing said antibody; a method for determining the expression of nectin-4 using said antibody; a method of assessing the susceptibility of an individual with a malignant disease to an antitumor therapeutic agent using said antibody are disclosed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively assess the susceptibility of an individual with a malignant disease to an antitumor therapeutic agent.
