FIELD: radiometry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a laser power meter. The laser radiation power meter comprises a support frame, one or more movable receiving device configured for translational movement across the measured laser radiation beam, a detection unit and a control unit. The receiving device is made in the form of a number of elements absorbing laser radiation energy, made in the form of metal plates with a coating that absorbs laser radiation with a known absorption coefficient. The detection unit comprises a mating row of measuring temperature detectors mounted on the support frame and providing the possibility of measuring the temperature of the absorbing elements after exposure to laser radiation.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measuring high-power laser radiation.
