FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: used to test scaffolding, for example, platforms, suspended scaffolds, etc., intended for mechanical disassembly (dismantling) of industrial pipes, in factory conditions (test centers, production workshops of manufacturers, etc.). The device consists of several annular horizontal rows of solid blocks of heavy concrete, and the ends of the blocks in adjacent rows are offset from each other. At the same time, adjacent blocks in one row and blocks in adjacent rows are connected to each other by horizontal and vertical rod connections. At least half of them are rigidly connected to each other, while the blocks of the upper rows are made with the possibility of installing the tested scaffolding on them for loading and fixing the parameters evaluated during tests. At the same time, part of the vertical rod connections crosses at least two lower rows of blocks in height, while these vertical connections are rigidly joined to the horizontal connections. At the same time, the height of each block is at least 580 mm, the width is at least 300 mm, and the length is at least 900 mm.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the test results of scaffolding designed for mechanical disassembly of industrial pipes.
