FIELD: tanks for liquefied gas.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sealed and heat-insulating tanks for storing and/or transporting liquefied gas. A thermal insulating barrier for the wall of a sealed thermal insulating tank is secured to a supporting structure, wherein the thermal insulating barrier comprises insulating panels having at least one socket providing a support area on the outer plate of at least one of the insulating panels, an anchor device located in the socket, and an insulating plug, placed in the nest and containing a layer of foamed polymer material. The polymeric material has a support zone by means of which the insulating plug rests on the supporting structure in the direction of the thickness of the thermal insulating barrier. A vessel for transporting a fluid containing a body and a sealed heat-insulating tank located in the body. To load or unload a vessel in which fluid is supplied through insulated pipelines from a floating or onshore storage facility to a vessel's tank or from a vessel's tank to a floating or onshore storage facility.
EFFECT: increased tightness and thermal insulation of tanks.
