SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and system for combining data from information systems for their subsequent visualization. The method contains the stages of: determining data sources in each of the information systems whose data is supposed to be combined; receiving access parameters for each data source defined in the previous step and check their availability; compiling a general list of all data attributes, defining their types and data structure in each data source; based on the general list of all data attributes compiled in the previous step, data attributes common to different data sources are identified and rules for their comparison are drawn up; taking into account the volume of data and the number of data attributes identified in data sources, determining the main data source from the available ones, on the basis of which queries will be built to all other data sources to carry out data merging; based on the identified data attributes common to different data sources and the compiled rules for their comparison, a logical combination of data is carried out; based on the previously performed logical combination of data, the optimal type of visualization is determined, while visualizing all available data sources, combined by common data attributes; carrying out the construction and output of data visualization according to a previously defined type of visualization, while regularly checking the availability of data sources and their relevance.

EFFECT: optimizing queries to various data sources to combine data from these sources without the need to first combine the source data into databases.
