FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mineralizing filter elements (cartridges for mineralization, mineralizers) intended for enriching demineralized (desalted) waters, in particular reverse osmosis, with macro- and microelements (minerals), as well as adjusting the pH level. The mineralizing filter element for enriching demineralized (desalted) water includes a hollow body (10), a cover (11) with holes (1) for the inlet of demineralized (desalted) water and an opening (9) for the outlet of mineralized water, placed on top of the hollow body (10), a mineralization unit located inside a hollow body (10), containing in the upper part (2) the first stage (3) of mineralization in the form of a mixture of calcium-containing water-soluble material and granular activated carbons and a hollow tube (5) for removing water after the first stage (3) of mineralization, bypass (4), in the lower part (6) the second stage (7) of mineralization in the form of a mixture of calcium-containing water-soluble material, magnesium-containing water-soluble material and silicon-containing water-soluble material and a hollow tube (8) for removing water after the second stage (7) of mineralization. The bypass (4) is located between the first and second stages of mineralization (3, 7) and is designed to divide the water flow into two parts, one of which is directed into the hole (9) for the outlet of mineralized water through a hollow tube (5), and the other - to the second stage (7) of mineralization. The ratio of the components of the first stage of mineralization is, wt.%: calcium-containing water-soluble material - 75-85; granular activated carbons 15-25. The ratio of the components of the second stage of mineralization is, wt.%: calcium-containing water-soluble material 60-70; magnesium-containing water-soluble material 20-30; silicon-containing water-soluble material 5-15.
EFFECT: increasing the stability of the mineralization of demineralized (desalted) water with calcium, magnesium, silicon ions by eliminating the possibility of oversaturation of water with these minerals, ensuring high quality of mineralized water by obtaining parameter values close to the parameter values of bottled mineralized water in accordance with sanitary-epidemiological rules and regulations, simplifying the design of the device for the mineralization of demineralized water.
