FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an automated installation for applying galvanic coatings on flat parts, including plates from dielectric or semiconductor material with diameter of 75 and 100 mm. Apparatus has an electrochemical deposition bath, an anode, an electric current source, a controlled pneumatic drive and a circulation system. Circulation system is configured to filter electrolyte from particles with size of more than 1 mcm between the electrodeposition bath and the electrolyte heating tank and consists of a circulation pump, a tank for electrolyte heating and filter elements. In the control cabinet there is a logic controller controlled by means of a touch control monitor.
EFFECT: reducing the amount of metal particles in the electrolyte and ensuring uniformity of coating application.
