FIELD: biotechnology; virology and medicine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed polyvalent immunogenic composition against influenza. The composition contains (a) a nanoparticle with a detergent core, wherein the nanoparticle with a detergent core contains a recombinant influenza hemagglutinin (HA) glycoprotein from a type B strain of influenza virus; (b) a nanoparticle based on a saponin matrix with hemagglutinin (HaSMaN), wherein HaSMaN contains a recombinant influenza HA glycoprotein from an influenza type A strain and an adjuvant ISCOM Matrix; and (c) a pharmaceutically acceptable buffer. A method of stimulating an immune response against influenza is proposed, including the introduction of a polyvalent anti-influenza composition, as well as a pre-filled syringe containing the composition, and a container containing the composition obtained by blowing/filling/sealing.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain an effective polyvalent immunogenic composition against influenza.
