RESEARCH METHOD FOR DEFORMING DORSOPATHY Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61B5/103

Abstract RU 2805588 C1

FIELD: medicine; neurology; traumatology; orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a method in which a three-dimensional image of the back surface from the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra to the upper edge of the intergluteal fold is created by photogrammetry and using the ScolView software by preliminary obtaining a series of 70 to 120 consecutive photographs of the back surface with the camera of the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro smartphone at a focal length not more than 1 m and when moving the camera along the “zigzag” trajectory, a semicircle in relation to the patient with his back turned to the camera of the smartphone. Next, the three-dimensional image of the back surface is analyzed by providing the results of the examination in the form of a protocol in the form of a combined electronic document in pdf format containing data on the examination result with digital, textual and graphical characteristics of the spinal deformity.

EFFECT: invention provides improved accuracy of diagnosing deforming dorsopathies due to the use of digital technologies, availability, cost reduction of the method, increased safety for the patient due to the absence of radiation exposure, and the absence of contraindications.
