FIELD: water heating.

SUBSTANCE: used in heating engineering and in providing heating and hot water supply. A vertical shell-type boiler contains a furnace with a burner. In this case, the boiler consists of a first section, which is a cylindrical body with a cavity for liquid coolant, inlet and outlet pipes communicating with the heat supply system. A diametric partition with a cavity communicating with the cavity for the coolant of the housing divides the internal space of the housing into the first and second passages of hot combustion gases. The second section of the boiler is freely inserted into the hole at the upper end of the body and is a pipe with a cavity for water, communicating through the water inlet and outlet pipes with the hot water supply system. The pipe is connected to the chimney pipe and is equipped with an installation disc-retainer welded to the outer surface. The third section of the boiler is a frame with a horizontal plate installed on the floor surface, on which the casing is freely mounted. There is a process hatch in the plate and a burner is installed on it. The pipe and the body are surrounded by cylindrical partitions, welded, respectively, to the upper end of the body coaxially with the hole for the pipe and to the mounting plate coaxially with the body, and sand is poured between the partitions, pipe and body.

EFFECT: increased reliability, explosion and fire safety are ensured.
