FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in heating boilers. In a vertical gas three-pass fire-tube boiler, comprising a housing made cylindrical, with a cavity for a liquid heat carrier; housing is installed on a platform with a horizontal plate, a flange is fixed on the upper end of the housing, on which with eccentricity to axis of housing there installed is cylinder of section of combustion chamber with cavity for liquid heat carrier, which forms cavity of combustion chamber and cavity of first stroke of hot gases. At the upper end of the combustion chamber section cylinder is equipped with a hatch with air windows and gates, a vertical axial gas or liquid burner, and on the open lower end of the combustion chamber cylinder a ring with helical radial blades is fixed. In the lower part of the combustion chamber cylinder there are radial outlet slots with external swirlers, with the possibility of directing hot gases from the cavity of the first stroke, at angle of 90 degrees to the axis of the outlet slots, into the cavity of the second stroke of hot gases, the latter is arranged horizontally and confined by inner surface of cylindrical housing with chamber, combustion chamber cylinder bottom end and plate. Third stroke cavity is limited by inner surface of cylindrical housing with cavity and outer surface of combustion chamber cylinder.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of boiler operation due to formation of vortex movement of gases inside the boiler.
