FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: aluminum-based alloys, used to produce castings by centrifugal casting, low-pressure casting, gravity casting or casting with crystallization under pressure. Aluminum-based casting alloy contains, wt.%: zinc 4.0-5.0, magnesium 1.2-1.7, nickel 0.3-0.6, iron from 0.25 to less than 0.5, titanium 0.01-0.2, boron 0.002-0.05, at least one element from the group including chromium 0.01-0.2, scandium 0.01-0.2, zirconium 0.01-0.2 , aluminum and inevitable impurities - the rest.
EFFECT: high strength properties are ensured while maintaining ductility and manufacturability during casting.
