FIELD: psychophysiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of regulating technological processes taking into account the psychophysical state of the operator. In the biometric identification method, the operator’s identification number is determined, a pre-shift medical examination of the operator is carried out, his psychophysical condition is determined, the results obtained are registered with reference to the identification number in the memory of the hardware-software device of the control system, permission is issued to perform work, the data of which is recorded in the memory terminal worn by the operator, when the operator passes to the workplace, his route is monitored using a technical vision system and a wearable terminal, the operator’s access to the workplace is allowed after confirming the identity of the operator, and during the execution of work, the psychophysical state of the operator is monitored using the operator’s condition monitoring unit, if the operator’s psychophysical condition gradually deteriorates, the amount of work is reduced and the duration of the work shift is changed, notifying the operator by means of a corresponding message on a wearable terminal; if the operator’s psychophysical condition sharply deteriorates, a command is formed to stop the technological work.
EFFECT: increase in the level of safety of the technological process by monitoring the psychophysical state of the operator.
