SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a frame of a modular building. The frame of a modular building consists of trusses with parallel chords and corner elements connected to each other to form two contours - external and internal. The internal contour of the prefabricated frame is designed to cover the floor, walls, and ceiling. The lower chords of the trusses, forming the lower base of the outer contour of the frame, are equipped with additional supports.
EFFECT: simplification of installation while increasing the strength and stability of the prefabricated frame
