SUBSTANCE: use of a means for the production of a kit for identifying a drug-sensitive patient based on mannuronic acid oligosaccharides with dysbiosis of the intestinal microbiota and Alzheimer's disease, and a method and a corresponding kit are proposed. The use of the means for identifying an individual with dysbiosis of the intestinal microbiota, who has Alzheimer's disease, and who is sensitive to a drug based on mannuronic acid oligosaccharides is proposed. A method of treating this patient is proposed.

EFFECT: proposed group of inventions ensures restoration of the intestinal microbiota by introducing a pharmaceutical composition containing a drug based on mannuronic acid oligosaccharides to a patient who has a decreased level of Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes and Verrucomicrobia, or an increased level of phenylalanine and/or isoleucine, or an increased level of Th1-cells in a sample compared to those in healthy individuals.
