FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used to reduce systemic levels or activity of regulatory T-cells for treating diseases and CNS involvement. Method involves administering to an individual a pharmaceutical composition containing an anti-PD-1 antibody, an anti-PDL1 antibody or an anti-TIM-3 antibody. Pharmaceutical composition is administered using a dosing regimen comprising at least two courses of treatment, each therapeutic course includes a successive treatment session in which the pharmaceutical composition is administered to an individual, and a subsequent session without treatment, when the pharmaceutical composition is not administered to the individual. Introduction of the pharmaceutical composition during a treatment session is a single administration, and a session without treatment ranges from one month to three months.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables treating tauopathy by temporarily reducing the level of systemic immunosuppression in the circulatory system.
