FIELD: musical instruments.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the general design of wind musical instruments with a free reed, namely to their body block or comb parts, and can be used in the production of harmonicas. The technical result of the claimed invention is the expansion of operational capabilities, which consists in increasing the control accuracy of pressure and air flow through the tongues of the boards for inhalation and exhalation of air from a harmonica, as well as in the effective implementation of the possibility of changing and expanding the range of regulation by changing the amplitude of the sound signal emitted by the harmonica at a constant frequency, expanding the dynamic shades of sound or the sound range of the harmonica, playing chords through the inhalation holes and exhaling air through the reeds of the boards, which are arranged in a checkerboard pattern, and adjusting the volume of a note bend or bend on a harmonica. The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the block for a harmonica, made in the form of a monolithic body part of a flat-shaped harmonica, contains inside channels for the passage of air, each of which is formed by the total communicating internal volumes of a horizontal inlet and a through vertical outlet of relatively flat surfaces devices, wherein said channels additionally contain one or two bypass holes made on one of said flat surfaces of the device or on two of its said flat surfaces, respectively, and with the intersection of said horizontal inlet holes for each mentioned channel.
