FIELD: medicine; plastic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: dissection of the sling-shaped ligament of the penis and partial dissection of the suspensory ligament of the penis are performed. A silicone implant is then installed in the formed space after dissection of the sling-shaped and suspensory ligaments. The implant is fixed to the periosteum of the pubic bones and to the tunica albuginea of the cavernous bodies of the penis. Then the surgical wound is sutured layer-by-layer over the implant with suture material.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce trauma, improve the effectiveness of the intervention, and also optimize the postoperative period with the ability to refuse the use of additional devices and manual techniques used by the patient.
